Ask the AI support chat

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Every page of the console has a round help button in the bottom-right corner. It opens GodSetter AI, a support chat that answers questions about how to use the platform — in your interface language (English, Italian or Spanish) — using only the guides of this Help Center. It is available to every signed-in user of your agency.

What it can and cannot do

  • It answers only from the Help Center. Every answer cites the guides it used, as links you can open in a new tab under "Guides used". If the guides say nothing about your question, it tells you so instead of guessing.
  • It cannot see your data: agencies, clients, leads, calls, calendars and settings are invisible to it. Ask it where something is or how a feature works, then do the work in the console.
  • It gives no legal or tax advice beyond what the guides say.
  • There is no live support channel behind it — no email, no phone. What exists is the Feedback button (below).

Asking a question

  1. Click the round button. On the first opening you see four suggested questions taken from the featured guides; click one, or type your own (up to 600 characters) and press Send (Enter sends, Shift+Enter adds a line).
  2. The answer appears in a few seconds with its "Guides used" list. Follow-up questions keep the context of the conversation.
  3. The conversation is kept in your browser for 24 hours, so a page reload does not lose it. New conversation clears it.

Each user can ask 30 questions per day (Rome time). When 5 or fewer remain, the counter appears under the input; at zero the input closes until the next day.

Rating an answer and leaving feedback

Under every answer you find Helpful / Not helpful. A thumbs-down opens an optional comment field — say what was missing or wrong. Both reach the platform team together with the question, and a question the Help Center could not cover is logged as a gap in the guides: this is how the guides get better.

To report anything else — a page that is unclear, a feature that seems broken, a missing guide — click Feedback at the bottom of the chat and leave a note. The team reads every note; there is no reply channel, so include enough detail to act on.

When the chat is unavailable

If the assistant is not configured or is temporarily unreachable, the panel says so and links to the Help Center, which is always open. If the assistant is busy, Retry sends the same question again.

Privacy

The chat receives only your question, the previous turns of the same conversation and the relevant Help Center excerpts — never your agency's data. Questions, answers and feedback are stored so the team can review them; the answers are generated by an AI model and should be checked against the linked guide when in doubt.
