Billing and subscription: fee, clients, card and invoices

Last updated: October 24, 2026

GodSetter has one subscription per agency: a monthly fee that includes one client, plus a charge for every other client the platform actually works for you in the monthly billing period. Retell, Twilio and GHL stay on your own accounts and bill you directly, at list price. This guide explains what you pay, when, and what happens when a payment fails. The binding text is the Terms of Service.

The launch phase and your card

During the launch phase GodSetter is free: nothing is charged, whatever your activity.

A card is still required from the start. After you confirm your email, the console opens on Add a payment card: enter the Company name, the Country and the VAT number (required in the European Union, optional elsewhere), accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and click Add card. The card itself is entered on Stripe's secure page: GodSetter never sees its details, only the brand and the last four digits. Only the agency owner can add the card; other members see a message asking them to contact the owner.

Until a card is saved, no call starts: leads that arrive meanwhile are not called and are not kept for later.

When paid billing starts

Paid billing starts on a date we announce by email at least 14 days in advance to the agencies already registered; from then on the console shows a banner with the date and the prices. An agency that registers after the announcement sees the date when it adds its card and receives the same email within minutes. Until that date you can cancel from Settings at no cost.

On that date the monthly fee starts by itself, charged to the card you saved: you don't need to do anything. For the first moments, while the subscription is being started, the console shows GodSetter is a paid service from today: we are starting your subscription, calls go on meanwhile. An agency that signs up after the start date pays from the day it adds its card; there is no free trial.

What you pay

ItemPriceWhen
Monthly fee€29 a month, one client includedAt the start of every billing period
Each further client worked in the period€10Right after its first real call of the period starts

Prices are in euros and do not include VAT (see Billing details and VAT below).

The billing period is the monthly period of your subscription, not the calendar month: it starts on the day your fee starts and renews every month on the same day.

A client is worked in a period when at least one real call for one of its leads takes place in it:

  • an outbound call started by one of your agents, even if nobody answers;
  • an inbound call received by one of your agents (it counts when the system accepts it).

Reminders, appointment recovery calls, retries and agreed callbacks are real calls and count. Test leads and test calls from the browser do not count, and neither does a lead that is saved but never called.

The included client is the first one, by time, whose real call starts in the period. Every other client costs €10 for that period, charged once however many calls it gets; the call never waits for the payment. Nothing is paid in advance: a client worked in the last period and idle in this one costs nothing.

Invoices and the monthly statement

  • Every charge has its own Stripe invoice. A client's invoice carries one line with the client's name and the month, for example Client Acme — November 2026.
  • Settings → Subscription shows the status, the card, the current period, the clients worked in it with their amounts, the period total and the Recent invoices, each with Open or, when it is due, Pay.
  • At the end of every billing period the owner receives a monthly statement by email: the fee with its included client, then every €10 client with its status and the link to its invoice. When a subscription ends, its last period gets a statement too.

When a payment fails

There are no grace days. A payment that needs an authentication step (3D Secure) counts as unpaid until you complete it with Pay in Settings → Subscription: Stripe does not email a link for it.

  • A client's €10 is not paid: that client makes no further calls, and no new client can start its first call (it is declined before dialling). The clients already worked in the current period keep working. This lasts until the charge is paid, also after the period ends: the card then lists it under Unpaid charges from earlier periods, with its Pay link.
  • The monthly fee is not paid: no call starts for any client until it is paid.
  • The first fee of a subscription is not paid (at the start of paid billing or after a reactivation): no call starts until you update your card. After about 23 hours that invoice lapses and the console shows Fee not active: update the card to start the fee again.

A call already in progress is never interrupted. Leads stopped by an unpaid charge are parked, not lost: the lead shows payment overdue: calls resume once it is paid, and they restart by themselves once you pay. What goes out: first calls that entered the queue in the last 48 hours, callbacks within 48 hours of the time agreed with the contact, retries within 48 hours of the first block, and reminders of appointments still ahead. The rest is closed as expired while the payment was overdue. All the reasons a lead can show are in Manage your leads.

How to unblock. A banner at the top of the console tells you what is unpaid. In Settings → Subscription:

  • Pay opens the Stripe page of the invoice, where you can pay it and complete 3D Secure;
  • Update card saves a new card on Stripe; we then collect everything that is due and calls start again.

If the monthly fee stays unpaid, Stripe retries it automatically for about two weeks; then the subscription closes and your agency shows as cancelled. You only owe what was used: the unpaid fee of a period with no call at all is cancelled, while the unpaid client charges and the fees of periods with calls remain due. An unpaid client charge on its own does not close the subscription.

Cancel and reactivate

Only the owner can cancel, from Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

  • After paid billing has started, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Until then everything works as usual, new clients included, each with its €10. From the next period no call starts and no fee is charged; new and queued leads are closed as subscription canceled. There are no refunds for the rest of a period.
  • Before paid billing starts, cancelling closes the agency at once, at no cost, and no fee will start for it.

Changed your mind before the period ends? Undo cancellation keeps the renewal on. A closed agency comes back with Reactivate, once nothing is due:

  • when unpaid charges are known, the card shows To reactivate, first settle the amounts due. instead of the button, and the unpaid charges and the Recent invoices keep their Pay links;
  • when Stripe still holds an open invoice, Reactivate answers There are amounts to settle before reactivating. with the list Before reactivating, settle these amounts: and a Pay link for each.

The reactivation then starts a new subscription, with the fee of the current period. An agency suspended by GodSetter cannot reactivate itself: contact GodSetter support. During a suspension no call starts, no change can be saved and the fee is paused: the console shows only the Account suspended page, with the support contact and the Subscription card to pay. At the reactivation, if the fee of the current period was cancelled during the suspension, a new billing period starts that day.

Billing details and VAT

The company name, country and VAT number you entered appear on your invoices; once paid billing has started, the owner can change them with Edit billing details. Stripe checks the VAT number and refuses one with a wrong format.

GodSetter is sold by MW Marketing Partners LLC, a US company: invoices carry no VAT. For companies in the European Union VAT is accounted for by you under the reverse charge, and every invoice states it. Outside the European Union, any local tax on the purchase is yours.

Test leads

A test lead places real calls that GodSetter does not bill, so each agency can make at most 10 test-lead calls per day (Italian time): the first call of a test lead and each of its retries and callbacks count. When the limit is used up, sending a test lead answers Daily limit reached: an agency can send at most 10 test leads per day. Try again tomorrow., and a retry or callback is not dialed: the lead shows daily limit of test-lead calls reached: not called. How to send one: Test your agent from the browser (web call).

The payment blocks above apply to test leads too: when the agency cannot call, sending one shows the same reason as the Leads list, for example payment overdue: calls resume once it is paid or no card on file: add one in Settings to start calls. Browser test calls are refused too while the subscription is closed or no card is on file, and while the agency is suspended.

Who can manage the subscription

Only the owner. Admins and collaborators who can open Settings see the Subscription card read-only — status, card and amounts, but not the invoices, the Pay links or the VAT number. When GodSetter support works inside your account (changes signed Supporto GodSetter in the activity log) it cannot add or change the card, the subscription or the billing details: those stay with the owner.

Adding a card, updating it and changing the billing details open Stripe: each agency can do it at most 10 times an hour. Past that, the console answers Too many attempts in the last hour: try again later. Roles are explained in Invite your team.
