Create your agency account

Last updated: September 11, 2026

GodSetter is fully self-service: you register your agency yourself, confirm your email, and land directly in the setup checklist. There is nothing to request and nobody to wait for — the whole flow takes about a minute plus one email round-trip.

Registration creates an isolated workspace for your agency. Everything you add later — provider credentials, agents, clients, numbers, call history — belongs to your agency alone, and the credentials you connect are stored encrypted.

Step 1 — Fill in the registration form

Open the signup page — the screen titled "Register your agency." — and fill in:

FieldNotes
Agency nameLabels your workspace. Use the real agency name.
EmailYour sign-in identity — the confirmation link is sent here.
PasswordAt least 8 characters.
Invite codeOnly shown when the platform requires one; if visible, it's mandatory.

Click Sign up.

Were you invited to an existing agency? Use the invite link instead: the form drops the agency-name field and, once you confirm the email, you land in the agency that invited you — no agency of your own is created. Even a plain signup with the invited address joins that agency, because the claim keys on your confirmed email. See Invite your team.

Step 2 — Confirm your email

The page switches to a "Check your email" confirmation with the message: "We sent you a confirmation email: click the link to activate your account." Open your inbox and click the link. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Two details worth knowing:

  • The link both activates the account and signs you in — there is no second login step.
  • If the address is already registered, the form deliberately doesn't say so (this prevents outsiders from probing which emails have an account). If you meant to sign in, use the sign-in page instead.

Step 3 — Land on the initial setup

The confirmation link provisions your agency workspace and drops you on the Initial setup page: nine readiness checks covering your provider connections, a phone number registered on Retell, an agent that can actually dial, an active client with a calendar and the first lead arriving from your CRM. See The onboarding checklist explained for what each check means and a sensible order to complete them.

Your agency's language

The language you register in becomes the agency language: it decides the emails GodSetter sends you outside the app (alert emails, team invites, sign-in and password emails). Change it any time in Settings → Agency language. The interface itself follows your browser or the URL (/it, /es) independently of this setting.

Signing in later

From the sign-in page you have three options:

  • Email + password — the standard Sign in form.
  • Magic link — click "Send a magic link" to receive a one-click sign-in link by email instead of typing your password. Magic links only work for existing accounts; they never create one.
  • Forgot your password? — sends you a reset link so you can set a new password (again, at least 8 characters). This also works if you originally signed in with a magic link and want to start using a password.

  2. Connect Retell (voice engine) — the first provider to connect.
